Sweat, Sweat and more Sweat

Also I am very proud to say that this week I have ran 20 miles!!!
I am getting ready for the Columbia Cascades, becaus I have been invited to play with the senior team for a few tournaments! I am so excited and a little afraid...
But I'm a go out there kick some a$$ and have fun.
I'll keep you updated on my work outs, my game/tournaments and the camps I've been to.

Frank

My dad, Frank is my biggest fan and my biggest critic, and I don't know what I would do without him always pushing me to improve.

He grew up in Prince George, BC. My dad was a hockey player when he was younger, but he started to see that his hockey career was coming to an end. So he turned to his next favorite sport, Basketball. In nineth grade he played with the Senior team, he wasn't very good but he worked his arse off.

He practiced every day 10 hours a day and because he worked so hard he got to play Div. 2 at West Virginia.

After his career as a player was finished, he coached Next Level Athletics for my uncle, then for me and maybe some day for my little sister Mack. This year he was the second assistant at SFU.

He now works full-time at a company called ADP and is my father, my coach, my trainer, my critic and a very large part of my life.

Tanya

My mom, Tanya grew up in Prince George along with my dad, they met in Pre-school. She has three sisters and one brother and all of them played basketball, even my grandpa still goes and plays pick-up. Basketball pretty much runs in my blood.

My mom always played basketball but never thought of using her talent to get into a college or university. until her final year of highscool when a coach came up to her and asked if she would be interested in playing basketball for him.

In the end she went to West Virginia with my dad. She has coached me along with my dad, and is now finishing up her first praticum in Penticton to become a radiographer. She is my emotional support, my coach, my fan, my critic but most of all she's my mom.
