OMG!

Okay so, today while my sister was at her elite soccer development my dad worked me out and at the end my legs were shaking! I had to sprint about 2 1/2 basketball courts 10 times, and if my dad beat me I would have to do ten push-ups right after, then I did dribbling exercises, then 300 skips, super frogs and defencive slides while passing a medicine ball. I felt so tired at the end it hurt to blink!!! Well that is probally going to happen twice a week! 8(     Great!!!

    Keep up the hard work! It will pay off big time during games. You'll see. Suddenly, you will be able to sprint up and down the court and not be winded.
